Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the conference and banqueting team, set objectives and monitor progress.
• Ensure colleagues are trained and compliant with liquor laws and responsible serving.
• Oversee stock, beverage orders, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate room setups for events (ballroom, meeting rooms, etc.).
• Maintain hygiene standards and SOPs across beverage outlets.
• Work with senior management to achieve payroll and gross profit targets.
• Attend management meetings and conduct performance appraisals.
