Job summary

The Hardiman Hotel in Galway is hiring a Conference & Banqueting Duty Manager to lead our F&B teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll oversee daily operations across bars, restaurant and events, motivate staff, manage stock and rotas, and support senior management in achieving service excellence. This is a great opportunity in central Galway with a renowned hotel group.

• 2+ years' experience in an Irish business supervisory or duty management role.
