Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with planning and managing their daily activities and routines.
• Providing support to individuals while accessing and participating in their local community.
• Assisting individuals with education, skills development, and achieving personal goals and outcomes.
• Helping individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and social connections.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, standards and codes of practice.
• Working flexible shift patterns across a 24-hour, 7-day service.
