Qualifications

• No formal qualifications are required; training provided.
• Experience in a support role or life experience desirable but not essential.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, passion for supporting independence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.
• Full driving licence required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with planning and managing daily activities and routines.
• Support individuals to participate in local community activities.
• Assist education, skills development, and achieving personal goals.
• Help develop independent living skills, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and social connections.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Work flexible shift patterns across 24-hour, 7-day service.
