Qualifications

• No formal qualification required for Assistant Support Worker; all necessary training provided.
• Social Care Worker role requires Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare and CORU registration.

Responsibilities

• Support people with their daily plan.
• Support people in the community.
• Support people with education, skills development and personal outcomes.
• Assist with living skills: cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, family visits.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, regulations and codes of practice.
• Shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
