Nua Healthcare Services in Sixmilebridge, County Clare, Ireland, is seeking compassionate Assistant Support Workers to join our team. You will provide care to individuals who use our residential and day services, helping them achieve independence and meaningful community involvement.

We offer comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for development. A full driving licence is preferred, and shift work covers a 7-day roster to meet service needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with planning and managing daily activities and routines.
• Assist individuals to participate in local community activities.
• Help individuals develop education, skills and personal goals.
• Support independent living tasks: cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, social connections.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and codes of practice.
• Work flexible shift patterns across a 24/7 service.
