Job summary

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 (Major Award) in Healthcare Support or similar qualification in Social Care is essential.
• Full clean drivers' licence is essential.
• Kind and caring attitude is required.
• Use of your own smartphone to check in and out of visits is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in daily living including personal care, domestic assistance, social and educational support, travel and companionship.
• Provide care in members' homes and communities.
• Liaise with home support staff and the Assisted Living Service Coordinator.
