Job summary

Hibernia Home Care is seeking Healthcare Assistants to provide compassionate in-home support across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Meath. No prior care experience is required; your values matter most as you build trusted client relationships.

Roles offer permanent contracts with 15–30 hours weekly and pay from €15/hour, with higher rates for evenings and weekends. Training, health plan, and a supporting team await.

Qualifications

• You must have current eligibility to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare — minimum modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting (mandatory) & Reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes — helping with personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals, and companionship.
• Use the OneTouch system to clock in, record notes, and flag anything that needs attention.
