Job summary

Hibernia Home Care Group Ltd is seeking full-time Healthcare Assistants to join our Dublin-area team, delivering high-quality in-home care across Dublin North, Dublin South, and Kildare. You will support clients with personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals, and companionship, following individual care plans and using the OneTouch system to clock in and record notes.

Qualifications

• Must have current eligibility to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance, plus reference checks.
• Fully licensed driver with own car (mileage rate 30c/km).

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes: personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals, companionship.
• Follow individual care plans and use the OneTouch system to clock in and record notes.
• Maintain dignity and respect in every client interaction; deliver high-quality care.
