Job summary

Hibernia Home Care is hiring Healthcare Assistants to support clients across Ashbourne, Dunshaughlin and Clonee in a permanent role. The position offers 15–30 hours per week with a pay scale from €15/hour, rising to €16.10 on average and up to €20.00/hour with premiums for evenings and weekends.

No prior care experience is required; full training and Garda vetting are provided. Own transport is preferred in many areas, with travel allowances discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Must have current eligibility to work in Ireland
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare — minimum modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting & Reference checks

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals and companionship.
• Use the OneTouch system to clock in, record notes and flag anything needing attention.
