Job summary

Hibernia Home Care Group Ltd is recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant / Home Care Support Worker (Full-Time) to provide in-home care across Dublin North, Dublin South, and Kildare.

The role requires 39 hours per week and offers a salary of €32,691 per annum, excluding shift premiums, bonuses and overtime. You will join a team that values compassion, reliability and independence while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have current eligibility to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare – minimum modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person or equivalent (validated by QQI).
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance & reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals and companionship.
• Each visit follows an individual care plan and uses the OneTouch system to clock in, record notes and flag issues.
• Uphold dignity, respect the client’s home and deliver care you’d be proud of.
• Deliver care with kindness, reliability and professionalism.
