Job summary

Hibernia Home Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant for permanent, full-time hours in Dublin South East. You will provide in-home care and support, assisting with personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals and companionship, with visits guided by a care plan and using the OneTouch system to clock in and log notes.

You must be eligible to work in Ireland, hold QQI Level 5 in Healthcare, and be willing to undergo Garda Vetting and reference checks.

Qualifications

• Must have current eligibility to work in Ireland (non-negotiable).
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare — minimum modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals and companionship.
• Each visit guided by an individual care plan; use OneTouch to clock in, record notes and flag issues.
