Job summary

Hibernia Home Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Naas and Sallins to join our team. No prior care experience required; comprehensive training is provided. You will visit clients in their homes, following individual care plans and using our OneTouch system to log visits.

We offer permanent contracts with 15–30 hours per week, competitive rates from €15/hour, average €16.10/hour, and enhanced rates in evenings/weekends. Transport support available in some areas, and a health plan is provided.

Qualifications

• You must have current eligibility to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare – minimum modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and reference checks.
• No prior care experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, daily routines, mobility, meals, and companionship.
• Follow individual care plans and use the OneTouch system to clock in and record notes.
