Job summary

Comfort Keepers supports people to live independently at home in Ireland and is seeking caring individuals to join its team in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

You will provide personal care with dignity, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and help clients maintain independence within their community. Ideal candidates will have EU/EEA rights to work in Ireland or unrestricted work eligibility, with QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support desirable.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable.
• A genuine motivation to support people to live independently with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect at all times.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication prompts and maintaining accurate records.
• Travel between client visits within your local area.
• Observing client wellbeing and escalating concerns promptly to the local office management.
