Job summary
Comfort Keepers in Ireland is seeking caring people to help clients live independently at home in Ballina, Co Mayo. You will deliver personal care, assist with mobility, dressing and continence care, help with meals and light housekeeping, and provide medication prompts with dignity and privacy.
You’ll travel between client visits in your local area, observe wellbeing, and escalate concerns to the local office. We offer QQI Level 5 training, free uniform, Garda vetting, and 24/7 on-call support.
Qualifications
- EU/EEA citizen or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
- Driving licence not required, but beneficial.
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable; if not held, training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care including mobility, dressing and continence care with dignity.
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Providing medication prompts and maintaining records.
- Travel between client visits within the local area.
- Observing client wellbeing and escalating concerns to local management.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.
