Job summary

Nua Healthcare Services is a leading care provider in Ireland, offering residential, supported living, day services and community outreach. We seek compassionate staff to support individuals with complex needs across autism, brain injuries, and mental health supports.

As an Assistant Support Worker or Social Care Worker, you will follow individual care plans, participate in activities, and help clients achieve personal goals within a structured, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• This role welcomes applicants with the right attitude; no formal qualifications required for the Assistant Support Worker path.
• Social Care Workers must hold a Level 7/8 degree and CORU registration.
• Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support people with their daily plan and activities.
• Assist in community activities and engagement.
• Support education, skills development and personal outcomes.
• Help with living skills such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and codes of practice.
• Work shifts across 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
