Job summary

Liberty CE is seeking a Community Employment (CE) Supervisor to lead and support participants on our CE Scheme in Ireland. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day operations, providing mentorship, and helping long-term unemployed individuals in recovery progress into future employment or education.

Key responsibilities include overseeing work experience programmes, supervising staff on-site, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and DSP requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Eligibility: must have a valid employment permit for non-EEA nationals (Ireland).
• Experience with community programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of work experience and training programmes
• Provide day-to-day supervision of staff on-site
• Support staff in developing their skills, qualifications, and confidence
• Monitor and report on staff progress to the Sponsoring Committee
• Manage personnel, financial, and material resources in line with CE Scheme guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, training standards, and DSP requirements
