Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by demonstrating core values
• Provides reception, administration, and customer service support including key management and lock-outs
• Ensures policy procedures are followed for guest procedures and out-of-hours check-in/out
• Responds to booking inquiries and handovers to ensure full occupancy
• Supports events and activities and helps retain residents
• Delivers timely communication between day and night teams during handovers
• Handles customer complaints with timely action and escalation as needed
• Maintains common amenity areas and reports maintenance needs
• Investigates basic maintenance issues (locks, heating, power)
• Investigates and reports safety, health, and security incidents
• Maintains incident logs and informs Community Manager of trends
• Maintains relationships with neighbours, local authorities and police
• Complies with Health and Safety and data protection policies
• Conducts room and communal area inspections
• Performs other duties as required
