Greystar seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance across buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will manage turnovers, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety and cleanliness to Greystar standards.
The role offers a base salary of €35,000–€38,000 with eligibility for on-site bonus programs. Experience in residential maintenance and strong safety knowledge are essential.

The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks.
The annual base salary for this role starts from €35,000 until €38,000 depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in on-site bonus programs.
You should have experience in building maintenance within a residential environment such as hotels or private residential blocks, or in a related trade. You should be capable of managing preventative maintenance, risk assessments, repairs, and contractor supervision, while ensuring health and safety compliance. A strong work ethic, customer-focused approach, and excellent communication skills are essential. Relevant electrical, mechanical, or plumbing qualifications, along with broad building maintenance knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement, are highly desirable.
