Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in accommodation, hospitality, leisure or membership environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask while meeting targets.
• Fluency in English and strong numerical ability; knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts leasing activities including viewings and inquiries.
• Plan daily activities to achieve leasing targets.
• Follow up on documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Welcome on-site inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Support cross-selling and community events.
