AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Community Liaison Officer to join the Stakeholder Engagement Team in Ireland. You will act as the primary contact between the project team and communities affected by infrastructure development, building trust and ensuring open, inclusive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in land or planning related discipline (Geography, Planning, or Estate/Property Management).
• Excellent communication skills in face-to-face meetings and in writing (letters, emails, content).
• Experience on infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Flexible in workload management with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing complex documents and plans.
• Confident, approachable and able to work in large teams or alone.

Responsabilités

• Engage with landowners, the public, community groups, businesses and elected representatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for community queries, issues and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and feedback.
• Discuss project proposals with landowners and agree mitigation measures.
• Support conflict resolution and promote constructive dialogue between stakeholders.
• Support development and delivery of project communications (letters, brochures, leaflets, display material, web content, newsletters, press releases).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure community needs are conveyed accurately.
