Job summary

Enable Ireland in Dublin is seeking a part-time Adult Services Support Worker to support adults with disabilities across training, employment and community inclusion. The role emphasizes a person-centred approach and adherence to policies to promote dignity and user choice.

The successful candidate will join a team delivering frontline services with opportunities for training and career development, in a supportive, values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

Minimum QQI Level 5 Major Award in Social Care/Disability/Care skills or health-related area.
Fluency in English.
Current eligibility to work in Ireland.
Available for immediate start.
Full clean driving licence with ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

Provide opportunities for people with disabilities to develop options in training, employment and inclusion.
Support individual service users to participate in programmes and activities.
Work through a person-centred approach aligned with Enable Ireland's policies and procedures.
Promote dignity, respect and development of choice for service users.
