Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight guests by efficiently handling orders and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, oversee stations and inventory checks
• Inspect preparations and plates to ensure quality and presentation
• Keep workspaces clean and stocked, following proper food handling and safety protocols
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations
