Fattal Leonardo Operation (Ireland) Limited is seeking a Commis Chef to deliver exceptional guest care and support in a fast-paced kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, maintain menu knowledge, and help ensure hygiene, health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Assist in preparing food items, ensuring dishes are prepared promptly and meet quality standards.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu.
• Minimise waste and energy usage by proper control methods and turning off equipment when not in use.
• Keep kitchen equipment in good working order and report issues to the senior chef on duty.
• Prepare the department for service and ensure equipment and products are ready.
• Utilise systems correctly to complete tasks promptly.
• Adhere to policies, code of conduct, hygiene, COSHH and HACCP regulations.
