Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous.
• Able to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food items to meet quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and kitchen procedures.
• Help minimise waste and ensure equipment is turned off when not in use.
• Keep kitchen ready for service and report equipment issues promptly.
• Adhere to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP regulations and company policies.
