Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin is seeking a Commis Chef to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. You will support Head and Sous Chefs by preparing ingredients, maintaining high hygiene standards, and contributing to exceptional guest dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will multitask in a busy kitchen, apply HACCP knowledge, and show willingness to learn in a premium Minor Hotels environment. This is a full-time role with benefits including Sunday premiums, staff rates, training access, and career

Responsibilities

• To ensure the hotel achieves Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality are delivered to our guests.
• To comply with Health & Safety regulations of the hotel.
• To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel.
• Preparing ingredients for Head & Sous chefs.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Taking directions from Head and Sous chefs.

General Responsibilities:

• To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests
• To comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the hotel
• To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel

Specific duties:

• Preparing ingredients for Head & Sous chefs
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Taking directions from both Head and Sous chef

• Ability to multitask and prioritise is important
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen
• Possess a good knowledge of HACCP
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
