Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Assistant / Porter for its Front Office Department. The role requires delivering high‑level service, handling luggage, and organizing guest transportation in a luxury setting.

Candidates should have the right to work in Ireland/EU and hold a full driving license. Prior guest service experience in a luxury hotel is preferred, with Thai culture knowledge valued. Competitive perks include employee rates and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in line with the department Standards Manual and complete the Guest Services Assistant checklist.
• Carry out cleaning duties.
• Be knowledgeable about new products and procedures.
• Organise onward transportation for guests and carry luggage to rooms.
• Park guests' cars (valet).
• Liaise with other departments to attend to guest requests.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

This is a superb opportunity to join the hotel team of Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel Front Office Department asa Guest Services Assistant / Porter.

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is a Leading Hotel of the World, offering all the experiential luxury Anantara Hotels & Resorts is renowned for, and it is imperative that the candidate must have the ability to deliver a high level of service in a confident and professional manner.

Specific Duties:

• To carry out all duties in line with the departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance) and ensure that the Guest Services Assistant checklist is fully completed by the end of the shift;
• To carry out cleaning duties;
• To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of new products and new procedures;
• Organise onward transportation for the guests and carry guests' luggage to and from bedrooms;
• To valet park guests' cars;
• To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently;
• To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Must currently have the right to work in Ireland / EU full time.
• Full Drive License is required for that position.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Prior luxury Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
