Anantara The Marker Dublin is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This full-time role offers premium Sunday rates, employee benefits, and opportunities to work across a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities include prep for Head/Sous chefs, maintaining hygiene, and following directions from senior chefs. Prior experience in a busy kitchen and HACCP knowledge are valued, with Thai culture awareness considered a plus.

Commis Chef - Full Time - Anantara The Marker Dublin

Location: Dublin, IE Ireland

This is a superb opportunity to join the hotel team of Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel Kitchen Department as Commis Chef.

General Responsibilities:

• To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests
• To comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the hotel
• To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel

Specific duties:

• Preparing ingredients for Head & Sous chefs
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Taking directions from both Head and Sous chef

What are we looking for?

• Ability to multitask and prioritise is important
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen
• Possess a good knowledge of HACCP
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
