Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a Commercial Proposition Manager in Citywest, Dublin to lead analysis of competitor procurement offerings and drive the end-to-end management and commercial optimisation of the ordering platform. You will ensure a best-in-class user experience while keeping the platform at the forefront of market value.

Key focus areas include platform migration, supplier engagement, and delivering live price comparisons to demonstrate value to pharmacies and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing competitor procurement offerings and live price comparisons.
• Experience managing platform migrations and onboarding of users.
• Ability to benchmark supplier pricing and product ranges against competitors.
• Experience in pharmacy procurement, wholesale, or healthcare retail preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the migration from the existing buying platform to the new system for 300+ pharmacies.
• Manage installs, onboarding, and ongoing user support.
• Collaborate with technology partners to optimise platform usability, functionality, and reliability.
• Provide input into web layout and design for intuitive pharmacy buying journeys.
• Consolidate feedback from pharmacies and suppliers to guide platform improvements.
• Monitor KPIs including adoption, savings, and supplier participation.
