Job summary

CULLY in Ireland is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager who can turn technical challenges into strong commercial opportunities and drive new business growth.

You will work directly with customers and CULLY's technical teams to understand requirements, shape the right solution and clearly communicate its commercial value, winning new business across water, wastewater, utilities and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in technical or solution-based sales in utilities, water, telemetry or related engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex sales opportunities.
• Commercially driven with ability to engage with technical specialists and senior decision-makers.
• Right to work in Ireland; employment permit sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Win new business across water, wastewater, utilities and industrial markets.
• Develop opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
• Turn customer requirements into compelling technical and commercial solutions.
• Build strong relationships with utilities, Local Authorities, consultants, contractors and key decision-makers.
• Develop proposals, quotations and tender responses.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms and service agreements.
• Manage and develop the sales pipeline through CRM.
• Identify new market opportunities and represent CULLY at customer meetings and industry events.

Commercial Sales Manager

Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare | Full-Time | Permanent

The Role

CULLY is one of Ireland's leading automation and engineering companies, delivering automation, telemetry, instrumentation and process control solutions across water, wastewater, utilities, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

What We're Looking For

You’ll have a minimum of 4 years' experience in technical or solution-based sales, ideally within utilities, water, wastewater, telemetry, automation, instrumentation, SCADA or a related engineering sector.

You’ll have a proven track record of developing and winning new business, managing complex sales opportunities and building strong customer relationships.

You’ll be commercially driven, technically confident and comfortable engaging with both technical specialists and senior decision-makers.

You’ll have an existing right to work in Ireland, as employment permit sponsorship is not available for this role.
