Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all commercial aspects of multiple projects, from inception to completion.
• Oversee contract negotiations, cost planning, and procurement strategies.
• Ensure project financial success by managing budgets, risk, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership to a talented team of commercial and quantity surveying professionals.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and financial control.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-value, complex developments is an advantage.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
