Job summary

CULLY is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple engineering projects across Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll manage client relationships, budgets, schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to high standards.

You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mitigate risks and ensure governance and safety requirements are met, while delivering value and customer satisfaction in a growing Irish engineering

Qualifications

• Experienced project professional with a proven ability to deliver complex projects in a client-facing environment.
• Experience managing engineering, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and third-party suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, risks and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the day-to-day coordination of field-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with governance and compliance requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects from planning through to successful completion. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers and internal stakeholders to manage project delivery, control budgets and resources, mitigate risks and ensure projects meet both client expectations and CULLY’s high standards.
