Job summary

Campion Insurance, based at the Dublin, Naas Road Office, seeks an insurance professional to progress into a commercial role with a focus on motor insurance. You will support sales advisors, process new business and renewals, and maintain client data in the CRM while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role offers development through professional qualifications (APA Commercial, CIP, ACII) and exposure to both small and large risks within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ motor policy experience or in a similar insurance role.
• Experience with new business, renewals, or relay systems.
• APA Commercial, CIP, or ACII qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of sales advisors to provide sales support and administration to new customers.
• Processing and overseeing new business & renewals.
• Updating Policy and client information on internal CRM system.
• Engaging in continuous improvement of the company’s services and procedures and complying with regulatory requirements.
• Dealing with customer correspondence and queries on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure adherence to Regulatory Requirements throughout all duties.
