Campion Insurance, one of the largest brokers in Ireland, is seeking an insurance professional to progress into a commercial role focused on motor policies. The role is based at our Dublin Naas Road office and offers exposure to a busy, fast-paced team and a broad book of business.

You will support sales advisors, handle new business and renewals, keep the CRM up to date, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while developing your professional qualifications through our training and

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in motor policies.
• Familiar with Relay, New business or Renewals.
• APA Commercial, CIP, or ACII qualification.
• 2 years’ commercial/customer service insurance experience in a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales support and administration to new customers with a team of sales advisors.
• Process and oversee new business & renewals.
• Update policy and client information on the internal CRM system.
• Engage in continuous improvement of services and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer correspondence and queries on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in all duties.
