Job summary

Intact Insurance Ireland is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Product Owner to support the design, delivery, adoption and optimisation of technology solutions that enable growth, profitability, and broker experience.

The role sits within the Commercial Lines Transformation Roadmap, bridging business and technology to deliver measurable value and faster decision-making. This is a 12-month secondment/contract with hybrid work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Commercial Insurance Operations, or related role.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Lines insurance, underwriting, broker distribution, and policy administration.
• Experience delivering change with business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Commercial Lines Technology Roadmap.
• Act as the primary Commercial Lines representative for transformation initiatives, ensuring business needs are reflected in delivery.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features and technical requirements by business value and objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities and shape solutions delivering measurable value.
• Support delivery of roadmap initiatives across underwriting, broker engagement, pricing, policy administration, data, analytics, and automation.
