SSA Consulting Group in Dublin is seeking a Commercial Manager for a top-tier Building Main Contractor. You will lead budgets, procure strategic plans, and oversee subcontractor management on high-value, urban-scale projects.

Based in Dublin with hybrid working, you will report to the Commercial Director, identify risks, ensure contract compliance, document delays, and mentor a small team of QS staff while delivering across diverse sectors.

Formación

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 10+ years experience within a Main Contractor environment.
• Proven experience managing high value contracts.
• Large-scale project experience in Ireland or the UK.
• MSCSI or working towards chartership.
• Valid working rights within Ireland.

SSA is recruiting a Commercial Manager on behalf of a top-ranked Building Main Building Contractor, to be based in Dublin.

About the role:

Office based with hybrid working supported, reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: developing & managing budgets, leading procurement strategies & subcontractor management, identifying risks & opportunities, conducting examinations of contract documents & ensuring contract compliance, recording details relating to contractual delays, mentoring a small team of QS's, and much more.
