Job description

Our client is an established construction and specialist fit-out contractor delivering high-end commercial interiors, refurbishment and design & build projects across Ireland and the UK. They work with major multinational clients on workplaces and commercial spaces where quality, finish and a seamless client experience are paramount.

The business has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability and a hands-on, client-focused approach. Much of their work comes through repeat business and long-standing relationships, a reflection of the trust their clients place in their ability to deliver high-specification spaces on time and on budget.

With a growing order book and continued demand from blue-chip occupiers, the business is expanding and strengthening its commercial team. This creates an opportunity for a capable commercial professional to step into a role with real responsibility and influence as the company grows.

You will join a close-knit, collaborative team where commercial, project and design functions work closely together. The culture is supportive and down-to-earth, with open communication, accessible leadership and a shared focus on delivering an excellent result for every client.

Projects range from small to medium scale fit-out, interiors and minor works packages through to larger refurbishment and design & build schemes. Typical projects include high-end office fit-outs, workplace refurbishments and commercial interiors, often delivered in live or occupied environments on fast-paced programmes.

The role offers full lifecycle commercial involvement, from pricing and tender through to procurement, cost control and final account. With a varied and high-turnover project mix, you will gain broad commercial exposure and the chance to make a visible impact on project and business performance.

Hybrid working is available, giving you flexibility to balance office, site and home-based work while staying closely connected with your project teams.
