Job summary

Clark Recruitment in Naas is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join a busy commercial team. The role combines commercial administration, data, systems and supplier support to keep product, pricing and supplier information accurate while supporting the wider commercial operation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a related role, advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems and a proactive approach for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in commercial administration, buying support, data administration or a similar role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills – PivotTables, XLOOKUP and formulas.
• Experience with large datasets and ERP systems.
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to understand how data impacts the wider business.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, practical approach and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product, supplier and pricing data.
• Set up new products and manage amendments and discontinuations.
• Process and validate supplier price updates.
• Use advanced Excel to analyse data and produce commercial reports.
• Work with large datasets and maintain data accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information and documentation.
• Support promotions, commercial projects and supplier reviews.
• Respond to commercial queries and work closely with Finance, Marketing, Logistics, IT and Warehouse teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and systems.
