Greenvolt Next is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to provide practical legal support across the business with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on regulatory matters, assist with employment law issues, and manage external advisers in Ireland and the UK.

You will work with the Senior Management Team on strategic initiatives while identifying legal risks and ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 2–5 years PQE in a commercial legal environment.
• Degree in Law (LLB, JD or equivalent) required; additional qualifications in commercial, construction, employment law or governance are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic business initiatives and key commercial projects.
• Support legal matters related to renewable energy and infrastructure in Ireland.
• Assist with employment law matters and management of external advisers in Ireland and the UK.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks across the business.
• Assist with dispute management, regulatory matters and governance activities.
• Monitor legal/regulatory developments impacting the business.
