Job summary

Greenvolt Next Ireland is seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to lead civil engineering works on utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects across Ireland. You will manage civils activities from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, Chartered status or progress, and strong leadership with excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering renewable-energy, utility or power-infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC4, FIDIC or EPC contracts.
• Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civils works across multiple renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor programme progress and drive timely project delivery.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Support project handover and close-out activities.
