MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks an AI Video Editor who edits with code, not just prompts. You will turn raw footage into finished edits using Claude Code and GitHub-based tooling, automating transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions and assembly.

The goal is to multiply output while maintaining ad-ready quality. You will work with clone video tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs and Seedance, but the core role focuses on real footage editing with code.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with AI-driven editing workflows and Claude Code.
• Ability to automate transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions and assembly on real footage.
• Portfolio showing edits of real footage, not purely AI-generated content.
• Evidence of building and maintaining GitHub-based editing pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Edit high-volume Meta ad edits from real footage, YouTube videos, and clips.
• Develop and own a Claude Code/GitHub-based editing pipeline and fix it when it breaks.
• Train editors on the workflow within 90 days and assess team capacity.
• Ensure 70%+ first-pass approval and timely launches of edits.
