Job summary

One Productions in Dublin is seeking a curious and creative AI Video Creative Producer – Graduate Role to explore and integrate AI tools into video production workflows.

You will collaborate with production, post-production and management teams on AI video generation, virtual sets, AI-assisted editing, and content experiments, with training provided. Graduates from the last 4 years are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

One Productions is one of Ireland’s leading video production agencies, working across corporate, public sector, education, charity and consumer clients - as well as producing original film, TV and music content for over 25 years.

We are looking for a highly curious, creative and technically-minded graduate to help us explore and integrate emerging AI tools into video production and content workflows.

This is a hands‑on experimentation and production role focused primarily on:

• AI video tools
• AI-assisted production workflows
• visual experimentation
• content development
• creative testing and prototyping

You will work closely with our production, post‑production and management teams to test new tools, develop internal workflows, and help us help us test and implement how AI can improve our productions, workflows, organisational knowledge,future services and creative output.

Key Responsibilities

The role will initially focus heavily on practical experimentation and familiarisation with AI video and visual tools.

This may include:

• testing AI video generation tools for different tasks
• experimenting with virtual environments and sets
• AI-assisted editing workflows
• visual enhancement tools
• content repurposing systems
• workflow testing and documentation
• creation of internal demos and showcase materials

You will work with us to help us understand:

• what these tools are genuinely useful for
• where they fit into production workflows
• and how they can improve efficiency, creativity, content and client services

Over time, the role will also contribute to wider workflow, publishing and operational systems as part of a broader team effort.

Areas of Work

AI Video & Visual Experimentation

Research, test and experiment with emerging AI tools relevant to video production and content creation.

Examples may include:

• AI video generation
• virtual sets, backgrounds and environments
• AI-assisted editing workflows
• visual enhancement and cleanup
• motion and graphics tools
• content repurposing systems

Production & Post Support

Work alongside editors, producers and management to test ways AI can support:

• creative editing
• multicam workflows
• versioning and cutdowns
• content expansion
• visual enhancement
• production efficiency

Internal Projects & Showcases

Help create:

• internal demos
• experimental and test content
• showcase videos
• AI-assisted content for our channels at hearone.com and seeone.com
• AI-enhanced production examples

Research & Documentation

• Stay on top of emerging AI tools and developments
• Share useful findings with the wider team
• Help document workflows and practical learnings

Qualifications

Candidates must have graduated in the last 4 years, and may hold degrees in areas such as:

• Film, TV or Media Production
• Creative Digital Media or Design
• Animation, Motion Graphics or Visual Arts
• Creative Technologies, Multimedia or Interactive Media
• Computer Science, Software Development or Game Design

However, we are also very open to candidates who have graduated from other disciplines who are already actively experimenting with creative technology and AI tools in their own time.

You do not need extensive professional experience, nor necessarily experience of a video production environment - we will introduce you to, and train you in, the concepts and workflows required.

More important is: curiosity, initiative, experimentation, creative thinking and a willingness to learn.

Strongly Desirable but not Mandatory

• experience of vision mixing in live production
• technical knowledge of editing servers, in particular editshare
• good editing skills, ideally in Adobe Premiere Pro
• ability to shoot own material with professional video cameras
