Job summary

TeamPeople is seeking a Motion Graphics Editor to tell stories through camera cuts and frame-by-frame animation in After Effects. On-site in Dublin, you’ll handle a fast-moving slate across Dublin, London and Tel Aviv, driving projects from loose idea to final, distribution-ready deliverables.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong storytelling, and a keen eye for quality, with a focus on incorporating AI tools into daily workflows. Collaboration with a cross-functional team is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, motion design and 2D/3D animation editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working proficiency in Cinema 4D, with a solid grasp of 3D space.
• Ability to hit tight deadlines on a fast-paced schedule without losing quality.
• Experience with AI creative tools like Runway, Adobe Firefly or Weavy.

Responsibilities

• Owning projects end-to-end from concept to client-ready delivery.
• Editing, animating and designing across formats: graphic design, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, social content and reels.
• Crafting narrative from raw material and shaping it for impact.
• Mixing and polishing audio to match visuals.
• Bringing AI tools into the day-to-day workflow.
• Handling video ingestion and keeping projects moving without bottlenecks.
• Building documentation and presentation assets that look sharp.
• Maintaining quality standards and brand guidelines across projects.
• Collaborating with editors and communicating clearly with clients at every stage.
