Job summary

OSDM is seeking a Video Editor to craft engaging, professional video content for our brands and clients across social media, websites, and campaigns. You will turn raw footage and brand assets into polished videos, blending editing, storytelling, motion, and sound to perform across digital channels.

You will edit for reels, shorts and paid assets, adapt content for multiple platforms, and collaborate with designers and marketers.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of commercial or social video editing work.
• Experience with professional video editing software.
• Experience creating vertical and short-form social content.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and feedback rounds.
• Understanding of subtitles, sound design and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content.
• Create Reels, Shorts and social-first video formats.
• Produce paid advertising and campaign video assets.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions and motion elements.
• Adapt content into multiple platform formats and dimensions.
• Work with supplied footage, stock content and brand assets.
• Improve pacing, storytelling and visual consistency.
• Prepare versions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and websites.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers on campaign concepts.
• Organise project files and maintain efficient editing workflows.
• Support revisions and client feedback efficiently.
