MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks an AI Video Editor who edits with code, not just prompts. You will turn raw footage into finished edits using Claude Code and GitHub-based tooling, automating transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions and assembly.

The goal is to multiply output while maintaining ad-ready quality. You will work with clone video tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs and Seedance, but the core role focuses on real footage editing with code.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven editing workflows and Claude Code.
• Ability to automate transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions and assembly on real footage.
• Portfolio showing edits of real footage, not purely AI-generated content.
• Evidence of building and maintaining GitHub-based editing pipelines.

Marriage Reset helps men save their marriages through results-oriented online coaching. We've grown 10x in under three years. We're ambitious, results-driven, and treat our team as partners, not staff.

The Role

We're hiring one AI Video Editor who edits with code, not just prompts. Using Claude Code and GitHub-based tooling, you'll turn our raw Meta ad footage, Instagram content and YouTube videos into finished edits, automating transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions and assembly. The goal is 5 to 10x the output of a traditional editor, at a quality we'd put real ad spend behind.

HeyGen, ElevenLabs and Seedance come in for clone videos and B-roll, but the core of the job is editing real footage with code.

This is not a generative video role. If your portfolio is mostly AI-generated content built from prompts (Kling, Seedance, Veo, Midjourney and similar), this isn't the fit.

Why This Role Exists

Editing is our biggest bottleneck. Our editors work manually in iMovie and Premiere Pro, and first-pass approval sits at around 30%. We need 70%+. We've seen what one editor with Claude Code can do: a 90-minute video goes in, gets transcribed, key moments are picked, and a finished clip comes out in minutes for a few dollars.

What We Want, in This Order

1. Output: dozens of 1 to 3 minute edits a week, 70%+ approved on first pass, launched on schedule.

2. The pipeline: Claude Code and GitHub-based tooling as the backbone. You build it, own it and fix it when it breaks. HeyGen, ElevenLabs and Seedance are secondary to this, not a substitute for it.

3. The team: you train our editors on the workflow. Within 90 days, we decide together whether the team upskills or you carry more volume yourself.

What You’ll Do

• High-volume Meta ad edits from real footage: around 25 ads plus 10 variations in flight, and about 10 new concepts a week per avatar
• Long-form YouTube videos, plus pipeline-driven clips and highlights
• Client testimonials cut into before/after ads
• Pre-edited clip libraries the wider editing team can drag and drop from

What You Bring

• An AI-driven editing workflow built on Claude Code or another AI agent or coding-based platform, automating transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions and assembly on real footage. You can describe a pipeline you've actually run, not just tools you've used to generate clips.
• AI avatar and voice production (HeyGen, ElevenLabs or equivalent) for clone videos
• Generative AI video (Seedance, Veo, Kling or equivalent) for B-roll, as a secondary skill
• Short-form direct response ad craft: hooks, pacing, captions and retention for Meta, Instagram and YouTube
• An active habit of tracking and testing new AI editing tools

Not This Role

Motion graphics or animation, scriptwriting, compliance review, agency work, or AI video generation instead of AI-assisted editing of real footage.
