Job summary

Jobgether, Ireland-based, is seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor for e-commerce ads across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube. Transform briefs and assets into high-converting video ads, blending traditional editing with AI-generated content.

You'll produce weekly ad concepts, edit UGC and product demos, build AI-driven assets, and test hooks using campaign data. Work with creative lead, support seasonal campaigns, and contribute to internal AI tooling while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing direct-response ads for e-commerce/DTC brands.
• Portfolio with live ads; links required; AI showreels not enough.
• Proven hooks within 3 seconds and strong pacing.
• Understanding of Meta testing and campaign impact.
• Translate performance data into creative improvements.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and multiple AI platforms.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro or Resolve; CapCut familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Transform briefs, angles, hooks, and assets into conversion ads.
• Produce weekly original ad concepts and hook variations.
• Edit UGC, creator footage, demos, and product photography.
• Create AI-generated ads, including virtual presenters.
• Combine traditional editing with AI workflows for quality ads.
• Develop tests across formats: problem-solution, testimonials, etc.
• Apply performance principles to hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs.
• Monitor metrics: hook/hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS.
• Leverage insights to improve or discontinue concepts.
• Stay updated on trends across TikTok and Meta Ads Library.
• Collaborate on AI tools development and provide feedback.
• Support high-priority seasonal campaigns, incl. Q4 events.
