Croom Medical is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Setter to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for setting, proving out, and optimising CNC turning and/or milling machines to manufacture precision orthopaedic implant and instrument components to exacting tolerances.
The successful candidate will lead machine set-up and first-off approval, support CNC Operators on the shop floor, and work closely with Quality, Engineering and Production teams to ensure components are machined
