Croom Medical is hiring a CNC Operator to join the Operations team. You will set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to manufacture precision orthopaedic implant components to tight tolerances, collaborating closely with Quality, Engineering and Production teams.
We require at least 2 years of CNC experience, the ability to read engineering drawings (GD&T) and to use precision measurement tools. You will follow ISO 13485 practices and contribute to a safe, quality-driven shop floor.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our Operations team on a day-shift basis. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning and/or milling machines to manufacture precision orthopaedic implant and instrument components to exacting tolerances. The successful candidate will work closely with Quality, Engineering and Production teams to ensure components are machined right first time, to specification, and to the quality standards expected in the medical device industry.
