Fota Island Resort is recruiting for a Food & Beverage Associate to join our professional team in the Clubhouse. Full availability across seven days is essential.

You will deliver excellent guest service, take orders, and serve food and beverages to hotel standards. Coordinate with kitchen and support weddings and events. Fluent English is required; benefits include staff dining, education programs, and staff parking.

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to the required hotel standards
• Ensure guests receive attentive and personalised service throughout their visit
• Have knowledge of menus, ingredients and daily specials
• Be aware of and confidently communicate dietary and allergen information
• Set up and clear tables to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across restaurant, bar and service areas
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team
• Assist with weddings, meetings, conferences and other hotel events
• Respond positively to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Follow all hotel, food safety, health & safety and service procedures
• Support colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
