Fota Island Resort in Ireland is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate to join our professional team in the Clubhouse. Full availability across all seven days is essential and you will deliver friendly, attentive service to guests, with a strong knowledge of menus and dietary information.

You should be a confident communicator, a team player and well presented, with fluent English. The role offers training, development and the chance to contribute to Weddings, meetings and events across the resort.

Responsabilidades

• Experience in a similar background is desirable.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to hotel standards.
• Ensure guests receive attentive and personalised service throughout their visit.
• Know menus, ingredients and daily specials; communicate dietary/allergen information.
• Set up and clear tables to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness across restaurant, bar and service areas.
• Work with kitchen and Food & Beverage team; assist with weddings, meetings, conferences and events.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly, escalating when required.
• Follow hotel, food safety, health & safety and service procedures.
• Support colleagues to ensure a smooth guest experience.
